Denise Hobbie

— Is the President of Hobbie Professional Staff Management, Inc, a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), since its inception in 1997. Prior to assuming that role she was the Chief Financial Officer for Hobbie Personnel Services and HealthSkil. She is an honors graduate of Cedar Crest College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She has been with the Hobbie organization for 13 years. She has worked in the financial field as a correspondent, sales assistant and credit analyst. She holds both Series 6 (NASD) and Series 7 (NYSE) licenses. Her primary responsibility within the organization is financial decision making. She is married with two grown children. An active volunteer within her church and community, she has been involved in fund raising, Meals on Wheels, the Allentown Art Museum, and Parent Advisory Board for the local school district. She and her husband Andy share a love of family, travel and golf.

Sherri Wertz

— Is the Vice President of Business Development for Hobbie Professional Staff Management Inc. Sherri joined Hobbie in 2005, following a career that spanned twenty years, as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of a large staffing and recruiting firm. As Vice President, Sherri leads all sales, marketing, recruiting, and staffing aspects of Hobbie Professional Staff Management. Sherri manages a Team of Recruiters and Account Managers who share her vision of providing highly qualified professional and administrative candidates for top companies throughout the United States. Her focus is creating long term partnerships with Hobbie Professional Staff Management's clients as well as our candidates. Under Sherri's guidance and through the strength of her Team, Hobbie Professional Staff Management has become one of the nation's premier providers of Engineering, Accounting, Scientific, Biomedical, Technical, Administrative, and other Professional staff. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies. Sherri lives in Allentown with her husband, Jack. They have three children and three grandchildren. They enjoy hiking, biking, and fishing.

Eric Batstone

— Eric joined Hobbie Professional Staff Management after 12 years of security management, 9 years of which were involved with human resource responsibilities and recruiting. Eric provides knowledge and experience of the corporate world, as he has worked at the following companies: Air Products and Chemicals, Bethlehem Steel and Crayola. He studied at Kutztown University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Education and is completing his second Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Desales University. Eric seeks to create new and strengthen existing relationships with clients and professionals.

Amy J. Jones

— Amy has been in the staffing industry for over 7 years, 5 of which have been with C.K. Hobbie. Over her career she has gained experience in the Skilled Industrial/Manufacturing, Accounting/Finance, and Information Technology industries. Currently she specializes in permanent, contract, and temp-to-hire placement of engineering and Information technology professionals. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from Bloomsburg University. Additionally she is certified in Employment Law and Employee Recruitment and Selection. Amy has been an integral member of the Hobbie Professional team, establishing lasting relationships with both her clients and candidates.

Rick Smith

— Is the Senior Associate – Office Support Market for the Office Support Unit of Hobbie Professional. Rick's extraordinary level of experience is invaluable to Hobbie Professional and our Client's. Rick joined Hobbie Professional in May of 2008.

Rick Smith has worked in the staffing industry for 27 years. His responsibilities covered nearly every aspect of the staffing business from recruiting for temporary and direct hire personnel to selling of temporary, temp to hire, direct hire, nationwide payroll services, Vendor on Premise staffing services. Rick also sold for a certified minority staffing firm assisting client companies in meeting their diversity goals. During his tenure he also held responsibilities overseeing unemployment, accounts receivable, Division Director and was a member of a corporate management team charged with increasing operational efficiencies between departments and divisions as well as the development and implementation of quality programs to increase the level of service to clients.

Rick holds a Bachelors degree from Lehigh University with a double major in Management and Marketing. He lives in Milford NJ with his wife and two sons. He is a Notary Public. He has been actively involved in various community groups such as Cub Scouts, Alexandria Township School Board Advisory Committee, Delaware Valley High School Band Boosters, Delaware Valley Sports Boosters Vice President, Delaware Valley High School Board of Education committee volunteer, Delaware Valley Soccer Club coach, Alexandria Township Recreation basketball coach and Delaware Valley Athletic Association baseball coach. Rick enjoys travel, sports and landscaping.
